Ka’ak and Mamoul

We offer a mixed box of Palestinian cookies that weighs around one kilogram. The Kaak, shaped like a bracelet, is made of extra virgin olive oil and stuffed with dates and aromatic spices like Fennel seeds, aniseeds, Mahleb, and Mastic gum. The Mamoul comes in different shapes and is made of semolina, stuffed with dates and uses aromatic spices, mainly Mahleb and Mastic gum.
